Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Futrly websites, portal, and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you use Futrly on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for account security, credential management, and maintaining accurate organization details.
  • You must ensure your use of Azure credentials, tenant access, and connected subscriptions is authorized.

Service Scope

  • Futrly provides cloud security posture workflows, validation checks, scan orchestration, reporting, and alerting.
  • Features, limits, and delivery cadence depend on the selected subscription plan and active add-ons.

Billing, Trials, and Cancellation

  • Paid plans and add-ons are billed according to the selected billing cycle and active payment configuration.
  • Where offered, trials convert to paid service at trial end unless canceled.
  • If you cancel an active paid subscription, service remains available through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

  • You may not use Futrly for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, security abuse, or disruption of service availability.
  • You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards or access controls.

Intellectual Property

  • Futrly and all related software, content, branding, and platform materials remain the property of Futrly or its licensors.
  • You retain ownership of your customer data and tenant data you submit or connect.

Disclaimers and Liability

  • Futrly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law.
  • Security findings and recommendations support decision-making but do not replace independent professional judgment.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futrly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and Termination

  • We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept revised terms.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect service security and integrity.
